And then placed in the puffing tank, and add pressure to puffing tank to by air compressor, in addition, by heating, water inside of fruits and vegetables continuously evaporated, and tank pressure rise to 0.1 ~ 2.0 MPa from atmospheric pressure, the material also rise to a certain temperature, the raw material in a high temperature heated state, then quickly open pressure relief valve of connecting puffing and vacuum tank (vacuum tank has been pre-vacuumed) , due to instant pressure relief in the puffing tank, so that the water inside of material instantly evaporated, resulting in fruit and vegetable organization Rapid expansion, and forming uniform honeycomb structure. Keep heating and dehydrate in vacuum state for a period time until moisture content to the required value(3% to 5%), and then stop drying, cool puffing tank to room temperature and then de-vacuum, get out the finished product, and grading as well as packing the finished fruits and vegetables chips.
