Principle and Characteristics: 

The agitator of this tank comprises a couple of tight matched rotor and stator. The stator is fixed, and the rotor rotates at high speed. During running, the high-speed emulsification head throws the materials from the center of rotor to the stator. Through the teeth clearance of stator, the materials are sheared, collided and crushed between the rotor and stator to realize the emulsification. So it is an equipment integrated mixing, emulsification, homogenization, milling, suspending and dissolving functions.
