Application scope

Falling film style single effect, double-effect, three-effect and multi-effect evaporator evaporates and concentrates under vacum and low temperature condition. It has the advantages of high evaporation capacity, low energy consumption, low running cost, and can keep the original color, aroma, taste,and main ingredients of the material to the maximum extent. The equipment is widely used in the concentration of milk, glucose, oligosaccharides, sorbitol, fruit and vegetable juice, and other aqueous solutions. it is widely used the in evaporation concentration of food processing, pharmaceuticals, food deep processing, beverages, light industry, environmental protection, chemical industry and many other industrial water solution and organic solvent solution

System composition

The equipment is composed of various effect evaporators, effect separators, condensers, heat pumps, vacuum and drainage systems, material liquid pump, operating platform, electrical instrumentation control cabinet and valves, piping and other systems.

Main Characteristics

1. The heating system adopts steam evenly heating, liquid evaportates in the form of liquid film flowing, so it has the characteristic of high efficiency of heat transfering and short heating time and so on.
2. System equipped with hot pressure pump, part of the secondary steam is pumped by the hot pressure pump into single effect evaporator shell side, the heat is fully recycled, it has characteristic of low steam consumption, low cooling water circulation. meanwhile as the steam through the hot pressure pump spray mist into the heating shell, steam spread rapidly and liquid heating is moderate, so it is suitable for the concentration of heat-sensitive materials.
3. Material along the inner heating tube down the wall to accelerate the pressure flow evaporation, it is suitable for the large viscosity of the material liquid evaporation concentration. Liquid heating time is very short, it is particularly applicable to the evaporation of food concentration with great preservation of the nutritional content of food.
4. Evaporator top feeding ensure that the material is evenly distributed in the evaporator film tube and form a film, greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient, increase the evaporation rate, to prevent the "dry wall" phenomenon.

5.This equipment is suitable for foaming material evaporation and concentration, as the liquid in the heating tube in the form of film evaporation, form vapor-liquid separation, meanwhile at the bottom of the body, most of the liquid material was pumped away, only a small part of the liquid with all the secondary steam into the separator for strengthen separation, the whole process of liquid material did not form too much impact, avoid the formation of foam.
6. If need to do materials sterilization, the two process of sterilization, concentration can be completed at the same time, the material first is preheated, and then enter the sterilizer, and then enter single effect body, the material quickly flash evaporates, the temperature instantaneous decline, it is suitable for heat-sensitive liquid concentration.
7. Machine can be equipped with CIP cleaning system to achieve local cleaning, the whole set of equipment easy to operate, no dead ends.
8. Machine can be equipped with automatic system, realize automatic control of feeding, automatic control of heating temperature, automatic control of the discharge concentration, automatic cleaning, and also can equip with sensitive materials protection measures for sudden power shutdown, failures and can also equip with security, alarm and other automated operation and control devices.
