Working principle:

Aseptic filling machine is connected with high-temperature sterilizer, fill the sterilized and cooled material into aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bags.

The aseptic filling machine is pre-sterilized with steam. and then the sterilized material come into the filling machine, by a series of operations, the fixed voulme of material shall be filled in aseptic bag, the filling volume is automatically controlled by the flow meter or electronic scale.

The aseptic environment of the filling machine is realized and maintained by the steam system, and the temperature is automatically controlled.
