Mesh belt dryers accommodate a wide range of materials requiring high throughput with low temperatures or long retention time. KAAE mesh belt dryers are an ideal solution for wood panel board production (PB, OSB strands), energy recovery systems in biomass drying facilities, harvested organic materials such as wood or cellulosic feed stocks, as well as recovered waste streams. End products can be pelletized for direct combustion, or further processed for cellulosic ethanol, gasification or torrefaction


An additional benefit to drying at low temperatures is a dramatic reduction in the amount of hazardous air pollutants and VOC's.
